摘要
为了克服行波波速对高压输电线路故障行波定位的影响,提出了一种不受行波波速影响的故障定位新方法。该方法对行波信号进行希尔伯特-黄变换(HHT),得到时频图,通过时频图中的时间和瞬时频率的信息,有效地识别初始行波波头和2种反射行波波头到达故障线路两端检测点的精确时间,计算出故障点位置,该方法不受行波波速影响。大量的AT/EMTP仿真表明,该方法具有很高的精度,在各种故障情况下都能精确实现故障定位。
In order to solve the problem that fault location is usually influenced by traveling wave speed in high voltage transmission line fault location, a new method of traveling wave fault location is presented in this paper. In the method, Hilbert Huang Transformation (HHT) is used to get the time-frequency figure of traveling wave, according to the information of time and instantaneous fiequency, the arrival times of the initial traveling wave and the two reflected waves is effectively identified to calculate the length of fault, the method is not influenced by traveling wave speed. Theory analysis and ATP/EMTP simulation results show that the method has high precision, and it can work under different fault types.
