摘要 通过对电动汽车充换电建设与运营情况的现状和发展趋势分析,提出了建立智能管控平台的思路和总体架构,阐述了建立智能电动汽车充换电管控平台方案。 Through the analysis of current state and development trend of electric car charging intelligent construction ＆ operation, the general thought ＆ frame of intelligent management ＆ control plafforua are proposed, the platform scheme is proposed form setting up intelligent electric car charging.
