核电冷却管板深孔机床的两种方案

摘要 本文通过介绍核电站工作原理、冷却管板的作用和加工难点以及国外技术封锁情况,说明了研发核电冷却管板加工机床的重要性。本文详细介绍了核电冷却管板加工机床的立式结构和卧式结构,分析了两种结构的各自优势,可根据用户不同需要选择不同方案,最终均可解决核电冷却管板加工难题,突破国外技术封锁,推动国家核电行业发展。 The importance of researching and developing the machine tools for nuclear power cooling board was illustrated by introducing the working principal of nuclear power plants,the function of the cooling plate and the manufacturing difficulties as well as the abroad technology blockade.The vertical and horizontal machines for nuclear power cooling board was introduced in detail in this paper.The vertical and horizontal machine possess their own advantages respectively.The innovation breaks out the technology blockade abroad,solving the problem of processing nuclear power cooling board,promoting the development of state nuclear power industry. The varieties of schemes can be chosen with reference to the need of different customers.
