冠心病猝死的临床病理分析

The Clinicopathoiogical Study on Sudden Coronary Death

目的:通过分析猝死于院内的冠心病病例,了解其发病规律。结果:本组14例患者发病前多数病人无前驱症状,就诊时往往由于症状不典型或医生没有考虑到冠心病而漏诊、误诊。死后尸检病理学检查发现冠状动脉病变,证实为冠心病猝死。经验及教训:结果提示临床工作者在接诊这类病人时应高度警惕冠心病猝死的可能,并及时采取有效措施予以防治。

Objective:To analyze sudden death of coronary heart disease that occurred in the hospital and explore the rule of the morbidity.Results:We studied 14 eases of sudden death.Most of them have httle presymptoms before death.So it would be misdiagnosed because of some atypical symptoms or because of the doctor's oversight.The Cases were found coronary disease and identified sudden coronary death by autopsy after death.Experiences and Lessos:The results suggest,when deal- ing with those sorts of patients,the clinicians should be alert to the possible occurence of sudden coronary death and do effetive prevention and treatment in time.
