新生儿畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAE)检出率特性分析 被引量:4

摘要 本文分别对正常足月新生儿组和新生儿群体(正常足月新生儿和非正常足月新生儿)畸变产物耳声发射(distortionProductotoacousticemissions,DPOAEs)的检出率进行分析,并将DPOAE技术作为新生儿听力筛查方法对新生儿群体的听功能进行检测。结果显示:①正常足月儿测试频率(f2)=1.0kHZ的DPOAES检出率低于其他各检测频率;②正常足月儿在f2=1.0,1.3,5.0kHZ测试频率的DPOAEs检出率高于TEOAEs检出率;在f2=3.1kHZ测试频率,前者低于后者;③正常足儿中,46.67%的中耳负压耳,在测试频率(f2)低于2.0kHZ的频段未检出DPOAEs;④筛查儿(正常足月儿和非正常足月儿)的DPOAEs捡出率随口龄增长而增高;⑤在围产新生儿期,DPOAE筛查通过率低于TEOAE筛查通过率,然而,在生后6周两者之间无显著差异。 The verifying-rate of distortion product otoacoustic emissons(DPOAEs) for newbornk was studied. The results showed: ① The verifying-rate ofDPOAEs at f2= 1. OkHz was l0wer than that at 0ther frequencies in full-term newborns;② For full-term newborns,the verifying-rate of DPOAEs at f2 = 1. 0, 1.3 & 5.OkHz washigher than that Of TEOAEs at the same frequencies lnevertheless,at 3. 1kHz the formerwas lower than the latter; ③ For 46.67% of ears that exhibited negative pressure infull-term neonates,at f2 = 1. O, 1. 3 & l. 6kHz, DPOEAs were non-existent; ④ The veri-fying-rate 0f DPOAEs for newborns (including normal full-term and abnormalnewborns)became higher with aging; ⑤ The passing-rate of DPOAE hearing screeningwas lower than that of TEOAE screening for newborns during the first 7-day afterbirth; however, there was no difference of passing-rate between DPOAE & TEOAEscreening at 6 weeks after birth.
