摘要
报告9例鼻腔和鼻咽非霍奇金氏恶性淋巴瘤（Non－Hodgkin’slymphoma，NHL）对其发病机理、临床表现、误诊原因及避免误诊的措施等进行探讨。作者认为鼻腔和鼻咽NHL的病因目前不清楚，临床上多以鼻塞、涕血伴发热为首发症状，诊断主要依靠病理，误诊原因为：①查体不仔细；②病理取材不当；③病理诊断失误；④主观臆断，忽视异常征象。
Nine cases of nasal cavity and nasopharyngeal non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL)were reported. The analysis of etiology,clinical behavior,causes of misdiagnosisand strategies of avoiding misdiagnosis were studied. With rhinostegnosis, rhinorragiaand fever as the first symptoms, the etiology was unknown. Full diagnosis relied onpathology. Causes of misdiagnosis were: ① Careless clinical examination. ② Impropertaken specimen. ③ Misdiagnosis in pathology. ④ Ignored abnormal clinical signs.
