上海地区298名2~7岁儿童骨矿含量与体格发育关系的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 为了探讨2 ~7 岁儿童体内骨矿含量与其生长发育的关系。 方法 运用单光子吸收技术(SPA) ,随机测量了298 名健康儿童的右桡骨骨矿含量,同时进行了人体测量。 结果 运用所测得参数,采用离差均数法建立了上海地区2 ~7 岁健康儿童的骨矿含量(BMC) 正常值参考范围;发现小儿BMC 与年龄、身高、体重呈显著正相关( P 均< 0 .01) ;由此建立了骨矿含量随小儿年龄和身高、体重变化的直线方程。还发现在固定身高、体重两因素后,年龄与BMC 的正相关将失去显著性。身高、体重与骨矿含量的关系被表达成标准的百分图形式,此预测图可用来估计经身体大小调节后的预测值,及用来比较说明实际值与预测值的不同。 结论 骨矿含量与儿童生长发育有密切关系;适当运用预测图可更有利于将SPA Objective To investigate the relationship between bone mineral content(BMC) and physical development in health children aged 2~7 years. Method Bone mineral contents were measured in 278 health children using single photon absorptiometry.Meanwhile,anthropometry had been done. Results Reference values of bone mineral content in health children aged 2~7 years in Shanghai were established.We discovered that BMC of children had significantly positive correlation with age. height and weight( P <0.01). Linear equation of BMC with age,height,and weight were erected.If height and weight were fixed, the positive correlation of age with BMC didn't exist.The results were expressed first in the form of standard centile charts,with additional prediction charts which provide body size adjusted estimates for the measurements,and ineterpretion centiles for comparing these estimates with the actual measurements. Conclusion A closely relationship between BMC and growth of children and appropriate application of these prediction charts will facilitate the use of single photon absorptiometry in monitoiring and treating children who have disorders of bone growth and mineralization.
