维生素D及钙营养缺乏对雏鸡骨骼发育影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的 建立VitD 缺乏、钙缺乏雏鸡动物模型,比较两种情况下骨生长情况。分析两种营养素对骨骼发育的影响。 方法 建立动物模型。采用反相高效液相色谱法、离子电极测量技术、双维骨密度测定仪、原子吸收分光光度仪分别测血维生素D、离子钙、骨密度、骨钙含量等。 结果 单纯钙缺乏和VitD 缺乏组雏鸡其骨密度、骨矿含量、骨含钙量、骨宽、骨长、骨重均低于正常组,以VitD 缺乏组降低尤为明显,且其生长板软骨明显增厚,软骨细胞结构排列紊乱。 结论 钙缺乏主要引起骨质疏松、骨矿化障碍。VitD 缺乏不但引起骨矿化障碍、骨质疏松,尚有明显的生长板软骨细胞堆积、结构排列紊乱。表明单纯钙缺乏和VitD Objective To observe the different mechanism of bone growth disorder caused by vitamin D and calcium deficiency. Methods 20 young chickens (age:1 week) were randomized into four groups: group A: normal diet, as control; group B: middle calcium deficient group(diet contained 2/3 calcium of normal diet); group C: severe calcium deficient group(diet contained 1/3 calcium of normal diet); group D: vitamin D deficient group (diet contained normal calcium, deficient VitD). Results The bone densities, bone mineral and calcium contents, as well as bone weights,Lengths, widths, were decreased, while serum alkaline phosphatase levels and growth plate thickness were increased in both calcium deficient and vitamin D deficient chickens, especially in vitamin D deficient group(group D).We also found that there were chondrocytes architectural disarrange in group D. Conclusions Calcium deficiency may induce dismineralisation and osteoporosis of long bone, however, vitamin D deficiency not only lead to dismineralisition and osteoporosis, but also hypertrophic chondrocytes apoptosis disorder.
