摘要
目的研究血液净化治疗脓毒症所致急性肾损伤的预后情况。方法将本院收治的42例血液净化治疗脓毒症所致急性肾损伤患者依据血液净化方式分为CBP(连续性血液净化)组与IHD(间歇性血液透析)组,对两组患者治疗后的临床参数以及治疗效果进行对比,客观评定患者预后情况。结果 CBP组肾功能恢复率为50%,IHD组肾功能恢复率为27.78%。结论尽早采取CBP方式进行血液净化可以提高预后存活质量。
Objective To study the prognosis of blood purification treatment of sepsis caused by acute kidney injury.Methods 42 patients who were admitted to our hospital for blood purification therapy with sepsis induced acute kidney injury were divided into CBP（blood purification） group and IHD（intermittent hemodialysis） group based on blood purification,to compare the clinical parameters and treatment effects of the two groups after treatment,and objectively assess the prognosis of patients.Results The renal function recovery rate of CBP group was 50%,and the renal function recovery rate of IHD group was 27.78%.Conclusions Blood purification by CBP method as soon as possible can improve the quality of survival prognosis for patients.
