摘要
目的探讨玉屏风颗粒联合草分枝杆菌对儿童哮喘的疗效及IgE水平的影响。方法将60例哮喘患儿随机分为两组,对照组30例,采用草分枝杆菌治疗,治疗组30例,在对照组治疗的基础上加用玉屏风颗粒治疗,考察两组患儿的症状改善情况以及血清IgE的水平变化。结果两组治疗前后症状显著改善,前后比较有显著差异(P<0.05),两组间的IgE水平的变化有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论玉屏风颗粒联合草分枝杆菌对儿童哮喘疗效显著,可有效地改善免疫功能。
Objective To investigate the influence of the treatment of children with asthma by Yupingfeng granule combined with mycobacterium moelleri on the level of IgE.Methods 60 cases of children with asthma were randomly divided into two groups.In the control group,30 children were treated by mycobacterium moelleri.In the therapeutic group,30 children were treated by Yupingfeng granule combined with mycobacterium moelleri.The improvements of the pulmonary complaint of children and the level of IgE were evaluated.Results Before and after the treatment,the pulmonary function improved significantly（P 0.05）.The degression of the IgE level in therapeutic group was more significant than that in the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion The curative effect of Yupingfeng granule combined with mycobacterium moelleri on children with asthma is significant,and this treatment can efficiently improve the immunological function of the patients.
