去骨瓣减压手术治疗额颞部脑损伤疗效分析

Efficacy of Bone Disc Decompression Surgery for Frontotemporal Brain Injury

目的探讨去骨瓣减压手术治疗额颞部脑损伤效果。方法对189例额颞部脑损伤患者行去骨瓣减压+伤灶血肿清除手术治疗及单纯伤灶血肿清除未去除骨瓣、非手术治疗进行效果比较分析。结果去骨瓣减压+伤灶血肿清除手术治疗额颞部脑损伤疗效显著,患者恢复时间快,并发症减少,后遗症发生率、致残率、死亡率低。结论去骨瓣减压+伤灶血肿清除手术治疗额颞部脑损伤是肯定效佳的治疗方案。

Objective To explore the effect of bone disc decompression surgery for frontotemporal brain damage.Methods 189 cases with frontotemporal brain damage were treated with bone disc decompression and injury focus hematoma clearance,only injury focus hematoma clearance without removal of bone disc and non-operation,to compare and analyze the effect of these three kinds of treatment.Results Bone disc decompression and injury focus hematoma clearance has the advantages of distinct curative effect,quick restore time,fewer complications,and lower sequela rate,morbidity and mortality in treatment of frontotemporal brain injury.Conclusion Bone disc decompression and injury focus hematoma clearance is definately effective in treatment of frontotemporal brain injury.
