间苯三酚联合黄体酮治疗先兆流产临床观察

Clinical Observation on Phloroglucinol Combined with Progesterone in Treatment of Threatened Abortion

目的探讨间苯三酚联合黄体酮治疗晚期先兆流产的临床效果。方法选择100例先兆流产患者,随机分为治疗组34例和两个对照组各33例。治疗组肌注间苯三酚及黄体酮,对照组1肌注黄体酮进行治疗,对照组2肌注间苯三酚进行治疗。观察三组的用药天数、治疗效果及药物副反应。结果治疗组与对照组在用药天数、治疗效果及药物副反应方面差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论间苯三酚联合黄体酮用于治疗先兆流产具有明显的疗效,且副作用小,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of phloroglucinol combined with progesterone in treatment of advanced threatened abortion.Methods 100 cases of patients with threatened abortion were randomly divided into treatment group（34 cases） and two control groups（33 cases each）.The treatment group were injected with phloroglucinol and progesterone,the control group 1 were injected with progesterone,control group 2 were injected with phloroglucinol,to observe the days of medication,treatment efficacy and side effects of the three groups.Results The treatment group had more significantly statistical difference（P 0.05） at the aspects of medication days,treatment efficacy and side effects in contrast to the control group.Conclusion Phloroglucinol combined with progesterone has better efficacy and fewer side effects in treatment of threatened abortion,which deserves clinical application.
