摘要
目的对白术进行显微鉴别。方法采用组织横切面、粉末显微鉴别等方法。结果白术横切面外被木栓层,皮层宽广,皮层、韧皮部及木质部射线中散有油室,木纤维发达,薄壁细胞中含草酸钙针晶和菊糖;粉末中草酸钙针晶体细小;木栓层石细胞胞腔明显,有不规则孔沟;导管为网纹及具缘纹孔;纤维长梭形,木化,孔沟明显;薄壁细胞中含有扇形菊糖。结论白术横切面和粉末的显微特征可作为其鉴别依据。
Objective To identify Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma by the method of microscopic identification.Methods Using the methods of tissue cross-section and powder identification to identify Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma.Results The outside of transverse section of Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma was cork cells with a broad cortex,oil chamber was scattered in cortex,phloem and xylem rays,there wase much wood fiber in xylem and phloem,there was inulin and needle-like calcium oxalate crystal in parenchyma cells;in powder of Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,there was small needle-like calcium oxalate crystal;the lumen of stone cells was clear with irregular colporate;vessel was bordered pits reticulate or catheter;fiber was spindle-shaped and lignified with obvious colporate;parenchyma cells contained sectorial inulin.Conclusion The cross-section and microscopic characteristics of the powder of Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma can be used as the basis of its identification.
