手背浅静脉在新生儿疾病筛查中的作用观察

The Effect Observation of Superficial Vein on the Back of the Hands in Neonatal Screening

目的观察新生儿疾病筛查中不同采血部位的效果及血标本的质量,探讨最佳采血部位,提高采血质量;减轻新生儿疼痛。方法将396例新生儿按单日、双日出生分成两组。观察组采血部位在新生儿手背浅静脉;对照组采血部位在新生儿足跟内侧或外侧缘。结果观察组采血一次成功率及标本合格率明显高于对照组;观察组新生儿啼哭持续时间也明显短于对照组,经检验P<0.01。结论应用手背浅静脉采血,可以提高采血的一次性成功率及一次性标本合格率,避免新生儿足底水肿及瘀斑,减轻新生儿疼痛,缩短新生儿啼哭时间。

Objective To observe the effect of different blood collecting location and the quality of blood samples in neonatal screening,to explore the best blood collecting location,to improve the blood quality;to reduce the neonatal pain.Methods 396 newborns according to the birth of odd-numbered days and the even-numbered days were divided into two groups.The blood collecting location of the observation group was in superficial vein on the back of the hands,the blood collecting location of the control group was in inside or outside edge of heel.Results The one-time success ratio of blood collecting the specimen qualified rate in the observation group were obviously higher than that of the control group;The duration of neonatal crying in the observation group was also obviously shorter than that of the control group,by the test P 0.01.Conclusion The blood collecting via superficial vein on the back of the hands can enhance the one-time success ratio of blood collecting and one-time specimen qualified rate,avoid the neonatal plantar edema and ecchymosis,reduce the neonatal pain,and shorten the duration of neonatal crying.
