The working process-oriented teaching is the breach hole in the course of developing higher vocational education characteristic based on practice situation. It is a process in which discipline system is decomposed and an acting one is reconstructed, with more focuses on producing and construction of implicit knowledge of the dynamic action system. This kind of teaching requires "Dual-qualification type" or "Double-qualification" teachers in professional theory knowledge and professional skills. In the meantime, new criterions are posed on occupation and professional moralities, and the traditional teachers' morals are needed to be upgraded and improved. This paper analyses the characteristic of working process-oriented teaching and the requirements for teachers' competences, and also the developing space for teachers' morals. The progress of higher vocational teachers' morals needs to be discussed in following aspects, for example cultivation of students weights more than single teaching, teaching with own as an example, etc.
