影响男护生儿科实习积极性因素的原因分析及对策

Analysis the factors of influencing male nursing students′ practical motivation in department of pediatrics and its countermeasures

目的:探讨男护生儿科实习积极性的影响因素。方法:以问卷调查的方法对24名儿科实习男护生进行调查,并计算调查结果中各因素肯定回答率。结果:影响男护生儿科实习积极性的因素包括患儿因素、家属因素、男护生自身因素、教师因素及医院因素等。结论:只有针对不同的影响因素提出可行性的改良对策,才能使男护生儿科实习积极性提高,使男护生的儿科实习顺利进行。

Objective： To disscuss the factors of influencing male nursing students′ practical motivation in department of pediatics.Methods： A questionnaire was designed for 24 male nursing students who were practicing in department of pediatrics,and the results of affirmative answers were summarized.Results： The factors influencing male nursing students′ practical motivation come from patients,patients′ relatives,male nursing students′ self,teachers and hospitals.Conclusion： Only by providing feasible countermeasures against each of the different factors,can made male students′ practical motivation inspiring.
