新中国成立初期文艺方针的制定与实践——以《新曲艺丛书》刊行传播为例

Design and Practice of the Literature Policy in the Early Days of New China——Taking the Publication and Dissemination of New Opera Folk Arts Series as an Example

中国共产党的新文艺方针在1949年7月第一次文代会上周总理的政治报告中阐述得非常清晰。共和国诞生后,这个新文艺方针的首次实践凸显在《新曲艺丛书》的编撰出版发行和新曲艺活动的展开传播层面上。这是中国共产党掌握了全国政权后,在新文艺方针指导下以北京为中心展开的首次"新文艺运动"的实践,新中国成立初期新文艺方针的初步制定和具体实践,为共和国十七年的新文艺走向指明了前进的方向,并为旧文艺的高雅向新文艺的通俗转化奠定了基础。

The new literature policy of the Communist Party was expounded clearly in the political report by Premier Zhou at the first National Literature Art Workers Congress.After the birth of the Republic of China,this new policy was practiced in the Publication and Dissemination of New Opera Folk Arts Series.This was the first practice of ＂New Literature Movement＂ centered round Beijing,which was guided by the new literature policy after the Communist Party came into power.The primary design and practice in the early days of New China indicated the direction of new literature for seventeen years and laid the foundation of the transformation from elegant old literature to popular new literature.
