摘要
知识的价值具有长时间、多维度、广发散的特征,这就决定了知识的效应具有多元复合性,尤其是在无处不在的知识外溢过程中,知识的效应更呈现出前置、同步、后续等连续性特点。以能量守恒定律分析,知识的外溢效应随着知识价值的实现而逐步减弱,转换为另外一种效应,以社会生产力或生产关系的形式存在。
Value of knowledge has a long, multi-dimensional, wide divergence of characteristics, which determines the effect of knowledge of the characteristics of present multi-compound, especially in the knowledge spillover, the knowledge also shows the effect of pre-, simultaneous, continuous follow-up and so on. To decay and the energy conservation potential theory analysis, knowledge spillovers as the realization of the value of knowledge gradually weakened, and converted to the social productive forces and production relations of the form.
