摘要
信息服务机构在社会环境生态系统中有其生态位,生态位优势决定了信息服务机构的竞争优势。在对信息服务机构的生态位内涵、生态位宽度与竞争、生态位构成维度的分析基础上,本文提出了基于生态位视角的信息服务机构竞争优势构建模型,分析了信息服务机构竞争优势的构建方式:特色信息资源生态因子构建、人才资源生态因子构建、用户资源生态因子构建和文化资源生态因子构建。
Information service organization has its niche in the social environment ecological system, niche advantage of information service organization determines its competitive advantage. Based on the analysis of niche connotation, niche breadth and competition as well as niche constituent dimension of information service organization, the paper puts forward a constructing model of competitive advantage for information service organization, and analyses the constructing ways of competitive advantage on the basis of the perspective of niche: the construction of ecological factors of characteristics of information resources, the construction of ecological factors of human resources, the construction of ecological factors of user resources and the construction of ecological factors of cultural resources
