Bottlenecks and prospects for the development of hospital preparation in new period

目的:为医院制剂的可持续发展提供一些参考。方法:通过从内因和外因两方面因素剖析新时期制约医院制剂发展的诸多瓶颈,结合实际,探讨其发展前景。结果:新时期医院制剂应注重从新技术、新特色、新机制和新模式等方面切入,找到新的发展方向。结论:医院制剂在长期的医疗实践中发挥了积极作用,新时期的医院药学还是应坚持医院制剂与临床药学并重,探索出一条医院制剂发展的成功之路,从而提高医院药学的整体水平。

Objective： To provide some references for sustainable development of the hospital preparation.Methods： To explore its feasible prospects for development,through analyzing some bottlenecks for restriction of the development of hospital preparation earnestly from both inside and outside factors in new period,and considering the reality.Results： In new period,a great attention should be paid to the new technologies,characteristics,mechanisms,patterns and so on in the hospital preparation and a new direction will be found.Conclusion： The hospital preparation has played the positive role in the long-term medical practice.The new period’ s hospital pharmacy should insist on paying equal attention to both the hospital preparation and the clinical pharmacy,and explore a successful step for the development of hospital preparation so as to enhance the overall level of the hospital pharmacy.
