This article analyzes the basic concept of Bergson： duration, and probes into the basic premise, connotation and way to understand it. It also briefly analyzes the gist of Whitehead＇s Process Philosophy, thus revealing the latent influence of Bergson＇s philosophy on Whitehead＇s thinking.
