摘要
在农业信息化绩效测评体系的14项指标中,西部民族地区有12项指标的指数值低于全国平均水平。其中差距突出的项目是"农业科技成果转换率"、"农业信息技术应用指数"、"农业信息产业指数"。这主要由于该地区的农村信息化宏观环境还不能完全适应信息时代发展的要求、信息化应用主体的综合素质相对较低、基层信息化发展规划及举措不够明确等主客观原因所致。
Performance measurement in the agricultural information system of the 14 indicators in the western region has 12 national indicators index is lower than the national average. One outstanding project is the gap between the ＂conversion rate of agricultural scientific and technological achievements＂, ＂index of agricultural information technology＂, ＂ Agriculture Information Industry Index. ＂ This is mainly due to the region＇ s rural macro-environment information inibrmation age can not fully meet the requirements of tile development, application of information technology lower the overall quality of the main grass-roots planning and development of intormation technology initiatives such as lack of clarity in the objective and subjective reasons.
