基于合作博弈视角的高校科研团队成员间的利益分配研究

Profit Distribution of Research Team Member in University Based on Cooperative Game

高校科研团队成员间合作利益的分配问题是合作关系能够保持稳定的关键所在。收益分配的不合理,导致高校许多团队成员合作的失败。考虑到研究生是高校科研工作的主力军,以导师-研究生关系为背景,运用合作博弈理论分析导师-研究生合作收益的分配系数问题以及最优分配利润问题,并通过参数的不同变化探讨导师-研究生之间的利益关系,最后对模型参数进行估计。

Cooperative profit distribution of research team member in university is one of the key factors of keeping cooperative relation steady. But because of unfair profit distribution, many university team members face failure when implementing cooperation. Con- sidering graduate students are main forces on research in university, the authors base on the relation of tutor-graduate student back- ground, and employ cooperative game theory to analyze distribution coefficient and distribution profit of university tutor-graduate student when working together. Then they discuss the profit relation of tutor-graduate student when changing coefficient. At last, the authors estimate the model parameters.
