The Evolutionary Game Simulation on Knowledge Transferring among Cluster Network Firms

摘要 集群网络企业间知识转移有利于产业集群的创新和持续性发展。将集群企业之间知识转移策略分为"转移"、"不转移"和"回敬"三类,建立知识转移博弈支付矩阵,根据演化博弈理论并运用Netlogo平台构建演化博弈仿真模型,分析不同收益值情况下知识转移博弈达到的演化均衡状态,通过仿真说明信任、沟通和惩罚机制是集群网络企业间知识转移的重要治理机制。 The efficient knowledge transferring is beneficial for cluster network' s innovation and sustainable success. The strategies classified as "transferring", "un - transferring" and "retaliating", the game model of knowledge transferring is set up. In terms of the evolutionary game theory, the simulation model is constructed with the Netlogo software platform, with which the evolutionary game e-quilibrium status of knowledge transferring is analyzed according to different payoff value. By simulation, trust, communication and punishment mechanism are proved to be important for knowledge transferring among cluster network firms.
