摘要
对中国威海近海海域的紫贻贝、牡蛎、花蛤、毛蛤、扇贝、海兔等6种海洋贝类的附生细菌进行了分离培养,筛选得到100株细菌。从中选出45株有代表性的菌株,克隆其16S rDNA序列,进行分子鉴定。结果表明,这些细菌分布在Arthrobacter,Bacillus,Bizionia,Brevundimonas,Cellulophaga,Cobetia,Gelidibacter,Kocuria,Krokinobacter,Lacinutrix,Marinobacter,Microbacterium,Micrococcus,Paracoccus,Planomicrobium,Pseudoalteromonas,Psychrobacter,Salinibacterium,Shewanella,Tenaci-baculum和Vibrio共21个属中。利用平板点种法对这100株菌株进行了抗菌活性筛选,结果显示有2株细菌具有明显的抗菌活性。
A preliminary screening of bacteria attached on the marine shellfish from six marine shellfishes(Mytilus edulis, Concha ostreae, Ruditapes variegate, Anadara uropygimelana, Placopecta magellanicus, and Ovula ovum) in the coastal waters of Weihai yielded 100 isolates, among which 45 strains were selected for further analysis. To investigate the phylogenetic position of these strains, the 16S rDNA sequences were cloned, sequenced, and com- pared with those of related strains and a molecular phylogenetic dendrogram was constructed based on genetic dis- tance analysis. The strains were classified as members of genera Arthrobacter, Bacillus, Bizionia, Brevundimonas, Cellulophaga, Cobetia, Gelidibacter, Kocuria Krokinobacter, Lacinutrix, Marinobacter, Microbacterium, Micrococcus, Paracoccus, Planomicrobium, Pseudoalteromonas ,Psychrobacter, Salinibacterium, Shewanella, Tenaci- baculum, and Vibrio. The antimicrobial activity of the 100 strains were screened by the agar flat seeding method. The experiment results showed that 2 strains had obvious antimicrobial activity.
