摘要
研究了三种薄荷的多酚及总黄酮含量,选用DPPH以及FRAP两种体外抗氧化评价方法比较不同薄荷之间的体外抗氧化性。结果表明:采摘期在6月份的椒样薄荷多酚含量最多,8月初的总黄酮含量最多,椒样薄荷和本土留兰香多酚含量均高于苏格兰留兰香;而总黄酮含量则是椒样薄荷大于本土留兰香和苏格兰留兰香;6月份采摘的椒样薄荷抗氧化性优于其它采摘时期,椒样薄荷DPPH抗氧化性、本土留兰香FRAP抗氧化性优于其它材料;通过相关性分析,薄荷的DPPH和FRAP抗氧化能力主要与多酚含量具有显著性相关,而与总黄酮含量无相关性。
The content of polyphenol and total flavonoids of different mints was researched,and their antioxidant activities were evaluated using DPPH assay and FRAP assay.The results showed that the content of polyphenol in peppermint picked in June,and total flavonoids in peppermint picked in early August were higher than others.The content of polyphenol in peppermint and native spearmint were higher than Scotland spearmint,while the total flavonoids content of peppermint was greater than scotland spearmint and native spearmint.On the other,antioxidant activity of peppermint picked in June was better than other harvesting period,and antioxidant activity of peppermint in DPPH assay,native spearmint in FRAP assay were superior than the other material.According to the analysis of correlation,the DPPH and FRAP antioxidant activity of mint was correlated with the content of polyphenol significantly,and had no correlation with the content of total flavonoids.
