阿胶的活性成分及其对运动小鼠的抗疲劳作用研究 被引量:19

摘要 目的:研究阿胶的主要活性成分和对运动小鼠的抗疲劳作用。方法:采用化学方法对阿胶的蛋白含量、胶原蛋白含量和氨基酸组成进行分析。小鼠经过灌胃不同剂量的阿胶30d后,检测了小鼠的负重游泳时间和血红蛋白含量,游泳后的血清尿素氮、血乳酸和肝糖原的含量。结果:阿胶富含胶原蛋白、药效氨基酸和必需氨基酸等活性成分,能显著延长小鼠负重游泳时间,提高血红蛋白含量,减少运动后小鼠体内血清尿素氮的产生,显著提高小鼠肝糖原的储备和减少运动后血乳酸的产生。结论:阿胶具有缓解小鼠体力疲劳,提高运动耐力的作用。 Objective:Study on the bioactive components and anti-fatigue effect of Ejiao in mice.Method:Measured the protein content with the Kjeldahl Nitrogen determination method and used automatic amino acid analyzer to study the amino acid composition of Ejiao.Three doses of Ejiao solution were applied to mice for 30 days,the weight-loaded swimming,hemoglobin,serum urea nitrogen,liver glycogen,and blood lactic acid were measured.Results:The results showed that Ejiao was rich in collagen,bioactive amino acid and so on,which enhanced the endurance of weight-loaded swimming,promoted the synthesis of liver glycogen and hemoglobin,and kept the level of hemoglobin steady in swimming.Also Ejiao significantly decreased the product of blood lactic acid,promoted the removing of blood lactic acid and blood urea nitrogen after swimming in mice.Conclusion:Ejiao had the functions of significant anti-fatigue and heightened the motion endurance.
