天津开发区净水厂三期工程紫外线消毒系统应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 天津开发区净水厂三期工程采用紫外线联合氯消毒工艺,对主要工艺出水及管网水进行检测,未检出隐孢子虫、贾第鞭毛虫、冠状病毒和腺病毒;出厂水及管网水中总大肠菌群、菌落总数、HPC(Heterotrophic bacteria count,异养菌计数),以及溴酸盐、卤乙酸、三卤甲烷等理化指标均达到相关标准要求;紫外线反应器进水UVT(UV transmittance,紫外透光率)较高时(如UVT=95%),可降低紫外线消毒设备功率;联合消毒的加氯量经初步探究有一定的降低空间。 The UV-chlorine disinfection process was employed in the third stage project in Tianjin development zone water treatment plant.The production water and pipe-network water were tested,and the results showed:Cryptozoite,Giardia,coronavirus and adenovirus were not found;the coliform,total plate count,HPC(Heterotrophic bacteria count),bromate,haloacetic acids,and trihalomethanes in production water and pipe-network water all met the standards;when UVT(UV transmittance) in UV disinfection reactor was relatively high(UVT=95%),the power of UV disinfection equipment could be lowered;there was still some space for the decrease of chlorine dosage in the UV-chlorine disinfection process.
