摘要
为获得脂润滑滑动轴承低速重载条件下摩擦力数据,设计开发了新型试验装置,该装置克服了径向加载对摩擦力测试产生的影响。介绍了试验装置的主要结构,并对某润滑脂拖动特性的试验结果进行了分析。
In order to obtain friction data of the grease-lubricated journal bearing under heavily loaded and low speed conditions,the new test rig is designed and developed,which is able to overcome the effects of radial load on measuring friction.The major structure of the test rig is introduced,and the experimental results for traction characteristics of a grease are analyzed.
