装备制造业原始创新能力对经济增长的贡献率测度

The Evaluated Analysis of Economic Growth Contribution of Original Innovation Ability of Equipment Manufacturing Based on Solow Surplus Value Algorithm

随着我国装备制造业创新能力的不断提高,推动经济增长的主要动力逐渐由物质要素转向技术进步要素,技术进步对推动当前经济的快速发展起着举足轻重的作用,技术进步贡献率则是对其有效的衡量。通过引入索洛余值法建立我国装备制造业生产函数模型,对1999～2009年我国装备制造业的科技进步贡献率进行测度和分析,结果表明,科技进步因素在装备制造业经济增长中日益重要,我国装备制造业单纯依赖于资本并不能取得长足发展,装备制造业应该通过提高创新能力尤其是原始创新能力以保持持续发展。

Along with the constant improvement and promotion of our country equipment manufacturing industry＇s innovation ability, the main power stimulating economic growth is changed gradually from the substance elements to technological elements, which plays an important role in economical development and is measured by the contribution of technological progress. The contribution of technological progress of equipment manufacturing in- dustry of 1999 -2009 in China is measured and analyzed through function model of equipment manufacturing indus- try based on Solow surplus value algorithm which shows the technological progress is increasingly important to the economic growth. The development of equipment manufacturing industry in China should not rely on the capital but on the ability of original innovation to get sustainable development.
