创业学习与家族企业跨代企业家的创业选择

Entrepreneurial Learning and Entrepreneurship Choice of Trans-generational Entrepreneurs in Chinese Family Firms

在转型经济背景下,我国的大部分家族企业面临着由第一代创业者向第二代企业家转移的局面。由于所处经济背景的差异,不同于第一代家族创业者依靠强烈的创业精神和开拓意识,通过敏锐的市场触角和优秀的人际互动能力来实现创业的成功,家族企业的第二代或下一代往往受到更好的教育,并受到父母及家族创业的影响,他们更多的是通过不同渠道的学习来实现自己的创业选择。但已有创业学和家族企业的研究中,对于创业学习的研究极为缺乏,不能对家族企业后代的创业选择作出系统的解析。本文通过对家族跨代企业家创业学习行为和模式的梳理,指出家族跨代企业家是通过差异化的知识获取和学习渠道来实现不同的创业选择的。通过整合框架的提出,为家族创业领域提供了新的支持和研究思路。

Under the transition economy background, most Chinese family firms are at the stage of transferring their business from founders to the next generation. Unlike the first generation who relied on the strong entrepreneurial spirit, openness mind, market sense and interpersonal relationship to achieve success, the next generations of those family firms enjoy a good education and parents＇ role model; they usually use multi learning styles to choose their entrepreneurship path. However, past research in entrepreneurship and family firm paid few attentions to entre- preneurial learning issues, which cannot give a systematic analysis of trans-generational entrepreneurship in family firms. This paper reviews entrepreneurial learning behaviors and models of trans-generational entrepreneurs in Chinese family firms, and points out that those entrepreneurs are used different entrepreneurial learning and knowledge acquisition channels to realize their entrepreneurship choice. Our research can provide a new research line for family entrepreneurship study field.
