An Empirical Analysis on the Influencing Factors for Quality Safety Control Behaviour of Poultry Processing Enterprise——Based on 112 Enterprises' data in Jiangsu Province

摘要本文利用江苏省112家家禽加工企业的调查数据,对家禽加工企业的质量安全控制行为进行了计量分析。结果表明,政府对家禽产品质量的监管力度和家禽加工企业加强质量安全控制带来的收益能否弥补成本两个因素对家禽加工企业做出增加质量安全控制投入的决策有显著影响。 Based on the 112 enterprises^data in Jiangsu province, this paper has done a quantitative analysis about the quality safety control behaviour of poultry processing enterprise. The result show that the governmental supervision to the quality of poultry product and benefits - cost of quality safety control have significant influences on the decision of poultry processing enterprises enhancing their quality safety control level.
