A Study of Investment Benefit in Regional Higher Education:Take L University as the Sample

区域高等教育应树立成本效益的观念。通过对山东西南某高校教育投资效益评价的分析可以看出,要提高区域高等教育投资效益,必须充分认识到投资高等教育所带来的真正的效益,提高经营意识。区域高校要充分发挥政府投资主渠道作用,建立和完善多元化融资体制;加强财务管理与监督,管好、用好教育投资;通过合并组建,形成规模经济,提高资源利用率;加快高校后勤社会化进程,减轻高校的经济压力。

A cost-benefit conception has to be established in the development of regional higher education. Taking the analysis of the investment benefit in Linyi university as the sample, to improve the investment benefit of regional higher education, it is necessary to fully realize the real benefit of investing higher education and raise the awareness of operating. In the process, the regional universities should establish and perfect the diverse system of raising funds, among which the government-oriented investment can play the main role; high- light the monitoring in finance and better the investment in education; form the scale economy and improve the resource efficiency; enhance the process of socialization of university logistics service to lessen their pressure of funds.
