摘要 采用透射电子显微镜和扫描电子显微镜,分别对丙烯酸-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)树脂的脆性和韧性断裂断面进行表征。结果显示,脆性断裂断面有橡胶相"脱黏"和分布不均匀现象。生产ABS所用的胶乳和接枝胶乳分析结果表明,接枝链太短,橡胶相容易从树脂基体中"脱黏";接枝链太长,共混过程中由于链的缠结等因素造成橡胶颗粒叠加和团簇,导致橡胶颗粒在树脂基体中分布不均匀。 Brittle and ductile fracture of crack section ABS resin were characterized by Transmission electronic microscope(TEM) and Scanning electronic microscope (SEM) respectively. The results show that rubber particles in the fragile sites appear the debonding and the uneven distribution phenomenon. The results of analysis of the latex and graft latex of ABS show that rubber particles break off easily from SAN due to too short graft chain, and form debonding. Owing to long graft chain,it is easy to form superposition and clusters of rubber particles because of the chain entanglement in the blending process, which results in rubber particles in resin unevenly distributing.
