摘要
对新型非针式静电纺丝纳米纤维的开发与抽丝形态及工作参数的设定加以探讨,以聚乙烯醇为抽丝材料,并以水为溶剂。由实验结果可知,高分子溶液浓度及工作电压均需超过一底限值才能顺利工作,在喂料轮至收集板间的收集间距为12 cm的情况下,其纤维平均直径为165 nm,标准差为49 nm,而间距在14 cm的条件下的平均直径为219 nm,标准差为62 nm,在16 cm的距离下,其平均直径为141 nm,标准差为40 nm,且整个纤维样品的纤维分布均匀,没有出现小液滴的形态。
The present work was undertaken with a view to investigating the preparation of nanofibers by needleless electrospinning,including the development of the process,the morphology of the nanofibers so produced and determination of working parameters.The aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) was used to make the nanofiber mat.The experiment results indicated that the solution concentration and working voltage should surpass a threshold to carry out the process smoothly,and the diameter varies with the distance from feeding roller to collection plate(D from FR to CP).When D from FR to CP is adjusted from 12 to 14 and then 16 cm,the corresponding average diameter of nanofibers becomes 165 nm,219 nm,141 nm and standard deviation(SD),49 nm,62 nm,40 nm,respectively.Besides,no beads on surface is observed and PVA nanofibers exhibit uniform distribution.
