摘要
研究三聚氰胺在不同流动相中的紫外吸收情况。结果表明:三聚氰胺在不同溶剂中的紫外吸收不同,使用不同流动相测定三聚氰胺时,应选取相对应的检测波长。在没有柠檬酸体系的流动相中应采用203nm左右或236nm左右的检测波长;而在有柠檬酸体系的流动相中应采用236nm左右的检测波长。
Ultraviolet absorption spectral of melamine in different mobile phase was studied. The result showed there was different ultraviolet absorption spectral of melamine in different solvents and determination content of melamine in different mobile phase must chose corresponding check wavelength. Finally, wavelength in 203 nm or 236 nm was chose in none citric acid system and while with wavelength about 236 nm in citric acid system.
