摘要
对气相色谱法测定月饼中脱氢乙酸的不确定度进行分析,测量不确定度主要来自脱氢乙酸样品的重复性、标准曲线的拟合、样品定容体积等,得出影响不确定度的关键因素是样品重复性。该方法适用于气相色谱测定月饼中脱氢乙酸含量的不确定度评定。
Analyed the uncertainty of determination of dehydroacetic acid in mooncakes by gas chromatography. The main source of uncertainty was repeatability, standard curve fitting and constant volume. The uncertainty of measurement repeatability was the key fac tor. This method can be used to evaluate the uncertainty of de hydroacetic acid in mooncakes by GC.
