摘要
为了解决上悬式离心机主轴经常因断裂导致的机器故障问题,运用有限元分析法对主轴进行静力学分析。结果表明,该轴因集中应力过高造成疲劳损坏。根据分析结果对结构进行改进与校核。改进后的结构满足强度和刚度要求,提高了主轴的力学性能;同时分析所得数据可为设备的升级和进一步改进提供参考。
To address the fracture and low life issues for shaft of hang type centrifuge, the finite element analysis conducted on the shaft static analysis. The problem which is excessive fatigue catlsed by stress concentration of shaft was found, and the structure was improved and verified. The new structure meets the requirements. Also the analyzed data can provide reference for further improvement.
