摘要
为了解决传统针布植针机结构复杂、精度差、机件易损、维修量大、运行不可靠、植针疵点变化频次高的问题,从分析传统植针机现状入手,提出了数字化植针机的设计目的与改进点。介绍了数字化植针机的程序设计、机械设计、电器设计、机电接口设计的要求,指出:数字化植针机通过将横动机构、提升机构和主轴传动控制系统等相应电气系统间的速度或角度转换信号跟进,结合PLC控制完成条状弹性针布产品的植针要求;该机稳定性高,产品变换和开发适应性强,降低了植针技能要求和劳动强度。
In order to solve the problems of the conventional wiring machine such as complicated structure, poor precision, heavy maintenance job, unstable operation, frequent wiring defect, starting with the conven- tional wiring machine, an idea is put forth designing the digitalized wiring machine with its competitive edge. Introduction is given to the digitalized wiring machine regarding the programme design, mechanical design, electrical design,design of the mechtronic interface. It is pointed out that the digitalized wiring ma- chine plays the wiring action of the strip flexible clothing with PLC control through the tailing after of the switch signal of the speed and the angle in the electrical systems on the traverse gear, lifting machine, and the conveyor system of the main shaft. The digitalized wiring machine for the strip flexible clothing is of good stability, good compatibility in product development and switchover, consequently reducing the wiring skill and the labor intensity.
