润滑脂组成对复合锂基润滑脂微观结构影响的研究 被引量:23

摘要 使用高分辨SEM观察锂基润滑脂的微观结构,对不同稠化剂、基础油黏度、添加剂对润滑脂的性能影响从微观结构的角度进行解释。结果表明,皂纤维的长度、粗细和缠绕程度形成的三维结构决定了润滑脂的胶体性能。在同等稠化剂含量下(质量分数12%),二组分癸羟型皂纤维三维结构比二组分硼羟型更为致密,三组分水杨酸型没有形成皂纤维结构,但滴点最高;高黏度基础油制备的润滑脂的皂纤维结构较低黏度基础油制备的润滑脂皂纤维结构疏松。在较少的含量情况下,添加剂的加入不影响皂纤维的大小和形状。 Lithium-based grease was characterized by using high resolution SEM,and the effects of different thickener, viscosity of base oil and additives on the performance of the grease from the microstructure were analyzed. The results show that soap-fiber length, thickness and three-dimensional structure determine the extent of the colloidal properties of grease. In the same thickener agent content( 12% ) ,three-dimensional structure of soap fiber of sebacic acid-hydroxy stearic acid grease is more compact than that of the boric acid-hydroxy stearic acid grease, three components of salicylic acid-based grease forms no soap fiber structure but with highest dropping point. The grease prepared by high viscosity base oil shows loose soap fiber structure compared with low viscosity base oil. Additive does not affect the size and shape of the soap fibers in the case of low content.
