摘要
金属自修复技术能实现发动机磨损表面微损伤的不拆卸原位动态修复,达到预防或抑制部件失效的目的。在分析汽油发动机缸套-活塞环摩擦副磨损规律的基础上,采用金属自修复层技术对发动机进行自修复。结果表明,金属自修复技术能在缸套磨损表面形成自修复层,改善了摩擦副的润滑状态,增强了发动机缸套表面的硬度,减少了发动机的污染物排放,避免了发动机解体性大修。
Auto-reconditioning technology for worn metals can in situ repair the micro-damage on the worn surface of engine without disintegration, prevent or suppress the failure of components. Based on the analysis of the wear of cylinder-piston ring, the engine was repaired by auto-reconditioning technology for worn metals. The results show that self-repairing layer was formed on the worn surface of engine, which improves the lubrication state of friction surface, enhances the surface hardness of engine cylinder, reduces engine pollution emissions, avoid the disintegration of engine maintenance.
