摘要
建立同时测定复方二甲硝咪唑可溶性粉中地美硝唑、甲氧苄啶、磺胺对甲氧嘧啶含量的高效液相色谱法。采用Discovery C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.60 mm,5μm);以0.1%磷酸溶液-乙腈(90∶18)为流动相;检测波长为230 nm;流速为1.0 mL/min;进样量为10μL。地美硝唑在20μg/mL^100μg/mL浓度范围内,其峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=1,n=5),平均回收率为99.87%(RSD=0.73);甲氧苄啶在5μg/mL^30μg/mL浓度范围内,其峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9,n=6),平均回收率为99.83%(RSD=1.46);磺胺对甲氧嘧啶在20μg/mL^100μg/mL浓度范围内,其峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=1,n=5),平均回收率为99.57%(RSD=0.85)。该方法简便可行、准确、快速,可用于复方二甲硝咪唑可溶性粉中上述3种成分的含量测定。
To establish a HPLC method for the determination of content of dimetridazole,trimethoprim and sulfamethoxydiazine in compound dimetrdazolie soluble powder,a discovery C18(250 mm×4.60 mm,5 μm)was used as an analytical column.The mobile phase consisted of 0.1% phosphoric acid solution and acetonitrile(90∶18).The detection wave length was 230 nm.The flow rate was 1 mL/min.10 μL of diluted sample solution was injected to the sampler.The calibration curves were linear within the range of 20-100 μg/mL(r=1,n=5)for dimetridazole,5-30 μg/mL(r=0.999 9,n=6)for trimethoprim and 20-100 μg/mL(r=1,n=5)for sulfamethoxydiazine,respectively.The average recovery rates of them were 99.87%(RSD=0.73),99.83%(RSD=1.46)and 99.57%(RSD=0.85),respectively.The method is simple,practicable,accurate and rapid.It can be applied to content determination of dimetridazole,trimethoprim and sulfamethoxydiazine in compound dimetrdazolie soluble powder.
