摘要
为了解近年来长春地区非结核分支杆菌血清型流行情况,及时掌握本地区的优势血清型,以利于疫苗株的选择和免疫程序的制定,更好地控制由非结构分支杆菌引起疾病的发生和流行。对从长春地区屠宰牛的颌下淋巴结和肠系膜淋巴结中分离得12株非结核分支杆菌制备抗血清,通过Schaefer的凝集反应和凝集素吸收试验,初步将其分为5种血清型。
In order to understand non-tuberculous mycobacteria serotype prevalence and grasp the dominant serotype in Changchun area recent years,to facilitate the choice of vaccine strains and the development of immunization procedures to control the incidence and prevalence of the disease better,the 12 strains of non-tuberculous mycobacteria were isolated from submandibular lymph nodes and mesenteric lymph nodes of slaughtered cattle from Changchun area.The antisera against the isolated strains were prepared.The strains were divided into 5 serotypes by Schaefer's agglutination and agglutinin absorption tests.
