摘要 驱动电机的转矩脉动是影响惯性动量飞轮输出力矩精度和稳定性的主要因素之一。该文针对无刷直流电机结构,推导了电机气隙磁密与反电势和转矩脉动的关系,分析了电机反电势波形对转矩脉动的影响,并用有限元方法对电机磁极不同充磁方式、极对数和极弧系数下的气隙磁密波形及转矩脉动的影响进行了仿真,通过实验得到了电机反电势波形并计算得到转矩脉动系数,验证了仿真结果的正确性。 Torque ripple of flywheel drive motor is one of the main factors that affect the output torque accuracy and stability of inertia momentum flywheel.In this paper,relationship among between air gap flux density,back EMF and torque ripple was derived according to flywheel brushless DC motor structure.The effect of back EMF on torque ripple was analyzed.Through finite element analysis method,air gap flux density and torque ripple were analyzed and compared with under different magnetizing methods,pole numbers and pole arc coefficients.Back EMF waveform was achieved through experiment and torque ripple coefficient was calculated,which verified the simulation results.
