摘要
该文对复合励磁无刷直流电动机的结构特点、工作原理进行了分析。通过电磁场有限元分析,指出复合励磁能够有效降低磁场密度,弱磁磁场分布均匀。实验表明,相比利用直轴电枢反应的超前角弱磁控制,这种电动机具有更宽的恒功率调速范围和更好的稳定性。
In this paper,the structure characteristics and operation principle of hybrid excitation brushless DC motor was researched.According to the finite element analysis of the electromagnetic field,it was indicated that the hybrid excitation control methodology can decrease the density of the air gap flux and make the weakened field well-distributed.Experiment results showed that the motor with hybrid excitation achieved broader speed region with constant power and more stability,compared with the super-angle flux-weakening method using direct axis armature reaction.
