摘要
介绍了15 W三相异步电动机的电磁设计。针对15 W三相异步电动机的技术指标,分析了其主要尺寸的确定、定转子槽数的配合、定转子槽形的设计及电枢绕组形式的选择。采用磁路法和电磁场仿真对电磁方案进行了性能计算,两种方法的计算结果表明该电磁方案能够满足技术指标要求。
This paper introduced the design of a three-phase induction motor of 15 W,presented the demands of this induction motor.The inner diameter and length of the armature and the air gap length were determined firstly.The slots number of the armature and the cage rotor were selected to reduce the additional loss,vibration and noise.The shape of the armature slot and cage slot were chose respectively.The single layer concentrate full pitch winding was employed.The calculation results show the design scheme can meet the demands of the three-phase induction motor of 15W.
