设计并实现了集身份识别、储值、缴费、支付、查询、电话卡、积分、优惠为一体的多功能电信用户服务卡系统。详细介绍了系统的需求分析、设计以及关键技术的实现。实际运行结果表明,系统操作方便快捷,办理业务更加规范化、系统化、信息化,从时间和空间上都给用户带来了极大方便。
The paper designs and implementats a multifunctional telecommunications customer service card system that integrates identification, stored value, payment, payments, inquiries, phone cards and loyalty.
