摘要 研究广东肇庆特产剑花中果胶的含量,采用0.2 mol/L盐酸水解法,结合正交试验,研究提取剑花中果胶的最佳工艺条件,考察料液比、提取温度和提取时间对剑花中果胶提取率的影响。结果表明,在料液比为1∶20、提取时间为90 min、提取温度为85℃的条件下,果胶的提取率为5.88%。 The pectin content of Hylocereus undatus in zhaoqing,Guangdong province was investigated in this paper.The optimum extraction technology of pectin in Hylocereus undatus was studied using 0.2 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution as an extractant.The operating conditions,including the solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature and time were optimized by orthogonal experimental investigation.It was found that the optimal solid-liquid ratio was 1∶20,extraction time was 90 min and extraction temperature was 85℃.In such conditions the yield of pectin extraction was 5.88%.
