奶牛乳腺炎大肠埃希菌的分离鉴定及药敏试验

Isolation and identification of Escherichia coli from cow mastitis and drug sensitivity test

从河北省某奶牛场采集乳腺炎病牛的乳汁,进行病原分离鉴定及耐药性检测。研究结果表明,该菌在形态特征、培养特性、生化特性、血清型、致病性等方面与大肠埃希菌基本一致,鉴定为大肠埃希菌。分离菌对卡那霉素、菌必治敏感,对莫能菌素,林可霉素,氨苄青霉素,链霉素、苯唑青霉素、阿齐霉素表现出耐药性。

Milk samples were collected from a dairy farm in Hebei province and a strain bacteria was isolated.The morphological characteristic,incubation characteristic,biochemistry characteristic,pathogenicity and drug sensitivity of the isolation were detected.The results indicated that these characteristics were the same to Escherichia coli（E.coli）.The isolated strain was sensitive to some drugs such as Kanamycin and Rocephin,but resistance to Streptomycin,Ampicillin,Oxacillin,Monensin.
