文化建设是我国社会主义新农村建设的重要内容。基于大学生村官计划的实施背景,深入分析新农村文化的内涵及其建设现状,并探讨大学生村官在新农村文化建设中的作用途径,包括:促进农村经济发展和文化活动开展,夯实新农村文化建设的物质基础;推动农村法制进程,为新农村文化建设提供制度保障;传播先进思想,丰富新农村文化建设的精神内涵等。

Cultural construction is an important content of the new socialist countryside construction in China.Based on the background of university-student village officials plan,this paper deeply analyzes the connotation and current situation of new rural culture and discusses the action way of university-student village officials in new rural cultural construction,including to promote rural economic development and cultural activities,consolidating the material basis of new rural cultural construction;to promote the process of legality in rural areas,providing institutional guarantee for new rural cultural construction;to disseminate advanced thinking,enriching the spiritual context of new rural cultural construction.
